iOS 8.3 beta 1 has been released and is available for download for developers through the developer portal. As usual, Apple has a few minor updates and fixes. The previous iOS 8.2 beta 5 was released about not so long ago, and now users who don’t have UDID and/or a registered developers account can also update.
Install iOS 8.3 Beta 1 Without UDID
Step 1. Download the ipsw file for your model.
Step 2. Take a USB cable and connect your iDevice to your computer.
Step 3. Launch iTunes.
Step 4. Don’t forget to backup before you proceed.
Step 5. Tap on Check for Updates option while holding the Shift button on Windows, if on a Mac hold down Option. Manually search for your iOS 8.3 Beta 1 ipsw, and tap update once again.
Step 7. Wait a couple of minutes and you will successfully install the new beta without UDID and developer account for free.

Can someone explain to me why I didn’t get the new Siri languages in this beta? I installed everything correctly and the phone confirms that I’m on 8.3 but I still don’t have access to any new languages…!

Use in itunes the SHIFT + UPDATE button.
Not the SHIFT + INSTALL

hey, I downloaded IOS 8.3 beta 1 firmware for my iphone 5s A1530 variant but whenever i try to update it itunes shows me error “The iphone could not be updated because the firmware file is not compatible”

I installed normally, but the iphone not activated. Says that I have no account as a developer.

I got the same message, I tried downloading all over again but the same message. 🙁
