Kodi, also known as XBMC, has been updated to Kodi 15 Isengard for all platforms including the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. In this guide we’ll be showing you how to install this awesome media player on any iOS device running iOS 4 thru 8.4. The catch is you’ll need a jailbroken device to get in on the action. Below after the fold we’ll show you the fast and easy steps on how you can install Kodi on your iOS device.
Note: As mentioned before you will need a jailbroken device before you can proceed. If you meet the aforementioned requirements you can follow the steps below.
KODI-iOS On 8.4, 8.3, 8.2 & 8.1.3
Step 1: Unlock your iOS device and Fire up Cydia.
Step 2: Hit the “Sources” tab, then Edit > Add.
Step 3: In the pop-up dialog box you’ll need to paste the following repository URL:
Step 4. Confirm you want to install the repo by tapping “Add Source.”
Step 4: When you have successfully added the repo, search for “Kodi-iOS,” and install it when you see it.
Step 5: Let Cydia do its thing in a minute or so your device will be transformed into a media center with Kodi.
